These are the seeds after they have been roasted.	The raw seeds are taken from the sacks....	... and are roasted in this machine. There is a iron plate on a 45degree angle with a gas burner un...	The arm swings around and brings the seeds up to the top, and they slide down over the ot plate, roa...	They are taken from the roaster, salt is added, and then these dudes take out the bad ones.	They love having their picture taken.	This guy wasn't so sure though.	I almost went up in flames when I backed into this thing.	The seed crew.
